 Job Summary

  • Handle full set of accounts and monthly closing activities.
  • Prepare financial reports, including P&L, budget, cash flow, and cost analysis.
  • Perform reconciliations and analysis of general ledger and expenses.
  • Prepare management accounts and financial statements.
  • Oversee daily financial operations (invoicing, stock, cash flow, etc.). 
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and relevant authorities. 
  • Advise management on financial performance and areas for improvement. 
  • Prepare cash flow projections and present financial reports to the board.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and standards.
  • Support ad hoc finance-related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Audit experience and knowledge of MFRS, IFRS, or US GAAP are advantages.
  • Proficient in AutoCount and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle pressure.
  • Proactive with a positive work attitude.


 Job Summary

  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs, preferences, and trends.
  • Provide nutritional consultation and promote healthy diet and lifestyle awareness.
  • Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships via in-person, social media, calls, and emails.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, finance) to align product strategies.
  • Assist in developing health supplement products based on market feedback.
  • Monitor product performance and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
  • Negotiate sales terms and close deals.
  • Provide product training and share best practices with team.
  • Participate in strategic planning aligned with company direction.
     

Requirements 

  • Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy, Nutrition, Food Tech, Biomedicine, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Health Supplement or Skincare industry. 
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. 
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa (Mandarin fluency is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Own transport and willingness to travel occasionally.
